Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Participant

If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing via email or WhatsApp. The following cancellation fees apply:

• More than 30 days before departure: 10% of the total price is retained as an administrative fee.
• 15 to 30 days before departure: 30% of the total price (the deposit) is non-refundable.
• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund will be issued.

2. Cancellation by Rinjani Guide Porter

If we are forced to cancel a trip due to severe weather, natural disasters (e.g., volcanic eruptions), or park closures, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund of the amount paid to us. We are not responsible for external costs such as flights or accommodation.

3. No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive on the scheduled departure date without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of all payments made, with no refunds provided.
