1. Introduction

Welcome to Rinjani Guide Porter. By accessing our website and booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any reservations.

2. Booking and Payment

To secure a booking, a deposit of at least 30% of the total package price is required. The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival before the trekking begins. We accept payments via bank transfer and cash (IDR or USD).

3. Health and Fitness

Trekking Mount Rinjani is a physically demanding activity. Participants must be in good health and possess a reasonable level of physical fitness. It is the responsibility of the participant to consult a doctor before undertaking the trek.

4. Itinerary Changes

Rinjani Guide Porter reserves the right to alter routes, itineraries, or cancel trips due to adverse weather conditions, volcanic activity, or other unforeseen circumstances prioritizing the safety of our guests and crew.

5. Travel Insurance

We highly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers emergency evacuation, medical expenses, and trip cancellations.
